Mechanical Engineer
I am a mechanical engineer with 8+ years of professional experience, including mechanical design, prototype fabrication, CAD modeling, and manufacturing. My current position involves designing new products that will help the company stay competitive in their field and working with other companies to help build solutions that will work with their products. This can involve designing for challenging environments (clean rooms, corrosive, etc.), safety concerns (electrical requirements, etc.), and complex problems. My work also involves creating testing procedures, assembly instructions, design optimization, and various documents in finalizing mass production products.
I am passionate about learning new technology, production methods, and the latest science. I have worked with robots, airplane wings, 3D printing, and CNC machines. I love finding out how things work and taking those discoveries, my experiences, and my knowledge into each problem I encounter.
